Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred.
Do I need an ID?
Yes, Ray of Hope PCM does require that you provide a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, school ID, etc.)
Will my appointment be kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is very important to us. All of the information that you provide to us is kept completely confidential unless the law requires otherwise.
Can I bring a guest?
You may bring one guest with you for support. However, you will be meeting one-on-one with one of our Client Advocates for the first part of your intake. During this time, your guest will remain in the waiting area.
